Regarding Sizing - measure the circumference of area just above your knee. 

The Natural Felt Knee Pads are tube like, same width at the top and bottom with a more stretchy banding. These come in one size which fits most adults. Circumference just above the knee should be at least 13".

The Black Knee Pads style is a more contoured fitting knee pad, wider at the top, narrow at the bottom. 

Between the two, the natural felt ones are a little more comfortable if you plan to wear them 4 or more hours at a time, but the black has a more stylish fit and look. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

Great kneepads, slow fulfillment and delivery

I like these kneepads, they are the best in my opinion. That said, it took a long time for them to ship and to arrive. It was a month after I placed the order that I finally got the product. I am in Canada, might be faster for domestic customers.

Sadly I have yet to receive my knee pads so cannot comment or give feedback, except that I would recommend using a different carrier so that customers actually receive their purchases.

Love these kneepads!

This is probably my seventh or eighth pair of these kneepads. They are the best I've found for bodies that move. I've worn them in shows, in workshops, and I require the students in my movement classes to buy them. Last semester the students loved telling me about all of the times *outside of class* that they found the kneepads helpful or wished they'd had them. They are truly the gift that keeps on giving!
