Regarding Sizing - measure the circumference of area just above your knee. 

The Natural Felt Knee Pads are tube like, same width at the top and bottom with a more stretchy banding. These come in one size which fits most adults. Circumference just above the knee should be at least 13".

The Black Knee Pads style is a more contoured fitting knee pad, wider at the top, narrow at the bottom. 

Between the two, the natural felt ones are a little more comfortable if you plan to wear them 4 or more hours at a time, but the black has a more stylish fit and look. Please let us know if you have additional questions.

They are longer

I just got a new pair to replace my old trusty pair from CQ and these are significantly longer than the old style. I don’t like it - feels more restrictive. The old style felt like i was hardly wearing knee pads at all until I needed them. I really wish there was a shorter option. This pair also looks more like a knee brace which isn’t great for performance aesthetics.

Great knee pads!

Just outfitted our whole dance company in these at the recommendation of a member who had a pair for years and years and we’re all super happy with them!

Terrible

I was optimistic about these knee pads but they were terrible. The “padding” separated when I bed my knee and I end up with no real padding between my knee and the floor. After less than an hour of dancing I was left with pain in both knees and bruising. An absolute waste of money. I would be just as well off not having worn anything.

Get the white ones

The white knee pads afford the most movement. Full flexion is hampered by the black ones.
